I am the Event Specialist at “The Great Highway,” the bay area’s newest, most unique classic car venue in San Carlos, CA. I first worked with Tami on our Grand Opening about 4 years ago. Consultations are given with clients to establish the type and style of event for which they are looking. Let our expertise guide you through the process, ultimately arriving to the event that reflects your style. Our catering and event coordinator will assist you with all stages of the planning, site suggestions and visits as well as creating a menu to fit your taste and budget. To further assist in the decision making process, In person consultations are strongly encouraged.
Catering an event cannot be executed without the efforts of chefs, service staff, set up crew and event managers. We will advise you on the appropriate number of staff persons needed for your event. We also have contracts with licensed bartending services to assist with your beverage needs.
After a menu is established, we’ll deliver an accurate cost proposal stating all that is needed for your event. We strive to make our proposals easy to understand, clearly laid out and easy on the pocketbook! All costs are stated and there will never be any “hidden” surprises. Prior to finalization of the actual menu, price ranges are used to give clients an idea of what the event can cost from the lowest to the highest dollar amount.
